 SIO's 2010 Scholarship Awarded

Congratulations to Tyler Ranalli (Son of Zurich's Paul Ranalli) for being
awarded the 2010 SAO Scholarship.  Tyler will be attending George Washington University in the Fall.  He plans to major in economics and will also play soccer
for the school located in Washington DC. 

Congratulations Tyler and best of luck!

2) ABBA Bonding and Small Business Federal Bonding Company have been forced into liquidation
by a US Bankruptcy Judge.   There are reports that this company was operating in Ohio.

Onerous Forms Alerts

If you find an onerous bond form that you would like to share with the rest of the Surety
Association Members, please let us know.  We will add them to the list below.

  • City of Cleveland - Public Improvement bond calling for indemnity for bodily harm
    and property damage arising out of construction.

  • Richfield Township/Summit County (October 19 bid) - EEOC requirements could place
    bond in forfeiture if not meet.
