Surety Association of Ohio
4th Quarter Meeting Minutes
December 6, 2006

The Surety Association of Ohio held its 2006 Holiday gathering at the Columbus Easton Hilton Hotel on December 6, 2006. No formal board meeting was held, but elections were held for current year officers.

Following cocktails and dinner, Jack Kehl, outgoing President, welcomed everyone and gave a high level summary of some of the successes enjoyed this year. Jack then announced he would be stepping down and performed the election of board members James Pappas as President, Lou Colagrossi as Vice President, George Siegler as Secretary, and Bill Wildenheim as Treasurer.

Jack also introduced were following new and returning committee members:

Legislative Chair – Randy Noah

Education Chair – Steve Sullivan

Social Chair – Laura Hall

Membership Chair – Kevin Birch

Technology Chair – Troy Wolf

Jack then introduced the new President, James Pappas who presented Jack with a small gift as a token of our appreciated for his efforts and long-time service to the industry.

The next board meeting is planned for January 2007.
